2022/11/19 当主ミヒャエル・モースブルッカー氏にウメムラへご来店いただきました!シトー派修道僧たちのワイン造りを今に伝える、オーストリア最古株の伝統派ワイナリー！2021年をもって、1171年から850回目のヴィンテージを祝い特別なワインをリリース!遅くとも1171年以来カンプタールでワインを生産する、現存するオーストリア最古のワイナリーのひとつ。ヴァインフィアテルを本拠地とするシトー派ツヴァッテル修道院の所有ですが、1994年以来、ワイナリー、ブドウ畑、果樹園、穀物畑、家畜等全ての所有権を現オーナー、ミヒャエル・モースブルッガー氏が60年リースで借り受け、運営しています。シュロス・ゴベルスブルクの造るワインは国内外から高い評価を受けており、オーストリアの専門誌ファルスタッフに2006年度ワインメイカー・オブ・ザ・イヤーにも選ばれた実力派です。「トラディツオン ヘリテイジ キュヴェ エディション 851」は、850年間のワイン造りの伝統と文化を祝うため、シュロス・ゴベルスブルクのオーナー、ミヒャエル・モースブルッガー氏が極めて特別なキュヴェを作りました。3年のヴィンテージワインをブレンドしたキュヴェです。シュロス ゴベルスブルクでは2021年をもって、1171年から850回目のヴィンテージを祝い特別なワインをリリースしました。それが「トラディツィオン ヘリテイジ 3years」です。「トラディツィオン ヘリテイジ 3years」は200年前のワイン造りを再現したワインです。1800年から1850年の間は非常に面白い時代でした。1800年以前はバロック調の時代を反映し、ワインもアロマティックでスパイシーな味わいの作りでした。それ以降のロマンティック（ロマン派）の時代～シューベルトやモーツアルトが生きた時代～はNature again=自然回帰の動きとなり、それはワイン造りにも反映されました。1850年以降は「産業革命」の波がおしよせ、そのテクノロジーはワイナリーにも入ってきました。ポンプもこの頃から導入されました。モースブルッガー氏はその1800年代から1850年の間のワイン造りを再現させたいと思い古参の修道士から聞いたり、古い文献を読んで当時のワイン造りを復活させたのです。「トラディツィオンは」修道士時代の200年前の作り方を再現したワインなのです。「エアステラーゲ」のシリーズは還元的、なるべく空気に触れさせず澱と静かに接触させる。一方「トラディツィオン」は積極的にワインに呼吸をさせたワインです。テクニカル情報ワインのヴィンテージ比率：ヴィンテージ 2019 85%／ヴィンテージ2016 10%／ヴィンテージ2017 5%葡萄品種：グリューナー・フェルトリーナー、リースリング畑：レンナー、ガイスベルク醸造：醸造は19世紀の時代の入念な方法を踏襲しています。葡萄を収穫したらバスケットに入れ、ワイナリーに運びます。選果を徹底。スティックで葡萄を破砕し、樽に入れ10時間～18時間浸漬スキンコンタクトさせる。その後木製のバスケットプレスでプレス。醗酵桶にジュースを移し、澱引きや清澄作業は行わず醗酵。マンハーツベルク産の2500リットルの樽で熟成。その間、樽から樽へ沈殿した澱以外の上澄みを移し替え、ワインが完璧に澄みわたるまで澱を除きます。1年目は3回から4回、2年目は2回から3回、その後は1年に1回樽から樽へワインの上澄みを移し替える作業を行います。SCHLOSS GOBELSBURG TRADITION HERITAGE Cuv・・e 3years Edition 851シュロス・ゴベルスブルク トラディツオン ヘリテイジ キュヴェ エディション 851生産地：オーストリア カンプタール原産地呼称：DAC.KAMPTALぶどう品種：グリューナー・フェルトリーナー、リースリングアルコール度数：13.0%味わい：白ワイン 辛口※ラベルのスレ・汚れ等は、ヴィンテージ調デザインです。vinous：94 ポイント94 Drinking Window 2023 - 2040 From: 2022 Wachau and Lower Austria: An Overshadowed Vintage Worth Exploring (Feb 2024)The MV Tradition Heritage Cuvee 3 Years is an unusual blend of three vintages-mostly 2019， with smaller proportions of 2017 and 2016. The blend is 80% Gruner Veltliner and 20% Riesling， made in large barrel and aged on fine lees. Subtle yeast on the nose comes with the gentlest nutty edge. The palate is smooth and serene， flowing with defined yet textural softness and fine freshness. Varietal notions have been subsumed into a gentler， smoother， rounder notion， yet there is exquisite freshness. All of this is understated， held in a fine phenolic web. It is the aftertaste of textured freshness that is key to the wine. (Bone-dry) - By Anne Krebiehl MW on November 2023Schloss Gobelsburg is owned by the Cistercian monastery Zwettl， which bought the property in 1740 from a debt-riddled aristocrat. The monks have owned local vineyards since 1171， making wine ever since. Buying the Schloss increased their holdings， and when the winemaking grange， or Lesehof was burnt in a fire in 1786， operation moved to the Schloss and continued. Since 1996， Eva and Michael Moosbrugger have run the estate， taking over from Pater Bertrand Baumann who， since 1958， was key in restoring and re-establishing the estate after the ravages of war and occupation. Moosbrugger emphasizes that Baumann was both a “gifted winemaker and salesperson，” with older vintages bearing witness to the quality that was produced. The Moosbruggers have not only continued in this same spirit but “evolved bit by bit and created new structures，” as Moosbrugger says. They farm 83 hectares in total and buy fruit from local growers on long-term contracts， split into 55% Gruner Veltliner and 25% Riesling (which is only grown on terraced vineyards)， with the remainder taken up by Pinot Noir， Zweigelt and Sankt Laurent. Wines are made in both stainless steel and barrel， sourced from local Manhartsberg oak. Wines made in stainless steel are bottled under screwcap are， while those made in wood are finished with traditional cork. The Gobelsburg wines are characterized by understatement， almost reflecting the contemplative spirit of this ancient place and the long monastic tradition of making wine. Moosbrugger’s philosophical and historical awareness was expressed in the past in the Riesling and Gruner Veltliner bottlings called Tradition. These wines were made from 2001 to 2020 and harked back to old winemaking methods of fermenting cloudy must in large casks without temperature control， and aging the wines for 18 months before bottling. The 850th vintage of the estate， 2020 (released in 2021)， was marked by the evolution of this concept: a multi-vintage blend that combines Gruner Veltliner and Riesling， called MV Tradition Heritage Cuvee. There is a blend of three vintages and a blend of 10 vintages， and both are complex， unusual wines. During my visit， I tasted a range of current releases spanning 2021 and 2022 for the whites and 2019-2022 for red and rose. For 2022， Moosbrugger reports a late start to the year that avoided spring frosts， followed by more rain than average， which created some disease pressure. That was relieved completely by a “wonderful Indian summer” as of mid-September and an unusually warm October. Deep， intense and very elegant on the nose， with ripe but fine fruit aromas， this is a full-bodied， textured， very elegant and balanced white wine with lots of Veltliner features. The wine has ripe and elegant acidity but reveals fine and grippy tannins on the intensely aromatic finish. 13.5% stated alcohol. Natural cork. Tasted at the domaine in September 2022.
