The folks at the audaciously named “Circuit of the Americas” in Austin, Texas have released this time-lapse video of construction at the site of their planned F1 circuit, scheduled to debut in the 2012 season. Given where they are, it seems Austin may look a lot like Korea on opening day, if they get there at all.

This bears no resemblance to a race track yet. Cute video, though!
