Searching for Straightline Speed at Monza

Ferrari

The Autodromo Nazionale di Monza will host round 13 of the 2011 F1 World Championship this weekend. Another classic circuit on this year’s calendar, a high-speed, slipstreaming monster where drivers reach an average speed of more than 150 mph. Red Bull’s lack of straight-line speed has always been a problem, but on a circuit like Monza where almost 75% of each lap is full throttle, the problem becomes even more apparent.
